Q. How long have you been coming to Christ Church?

All my life really, since I was three.

Q. What do you get up to during the week?

I go to Girl Group on a Thursday, school during the week and church on Sunday really.

Q. What brought you to the church?

Firstly because my family are Christian. Then after a certain age, after joining ID, my Mum gave me a choice about going to church and I chose to stick with being a Christian.

Q. What excites you about the church?

Family time, and the warmth - everyone is there for you.

Q. How would you like to see the church grow?

I think it is good the way it is.

Meet Christine

Q. How long have you been coming to Christ Church?

3 years in February.

Q. What do you get up to during the week?

I am a packer in a warehouse for John Menzies.

Q. What brought you to the church?

I used to go to church somewhere else the person I was going with didn't want to go any more. So I was looking around for another church and found Christ Church. The service starting at 11am is a good time for me.

Q. What excites you about the church?

Praising God, singing and doing testimonies. Also, being able to be on the welcome team and doing tea and coffee and Steph's family times - we always have a laugh no matter what!

Q. How would you like to see the church grow?

For the Holy Spirit to fall on everyone and everyone new who walks into church who doesn't know God. The church is growing with children but it would be good to have more adults too.

Meet Obi and Ngozi

Q. How long have you been coming to Christ Church?

Obi: I have been coming since 2004

Ngozi: I have been coming since 2005

Q. What do you get up to during the week?

Obi: I work, make phone calls, watch movies and hang with friends.

Ngozi: I work, and sing and make noise around the house.

Q. What brought you to the church?

Obi: I just walked in. I was praying for God to lead me to a church. As I was walking to church I was singing a song, and then they were singing the same song as I walked into Christ Church.

Ngozi: Obi! (Ngozi came over from Nigeria after they got married.)

Q. What excites you about the church?

Obi: Seeing Adrian and Esther lead worship. I am also excited about the churches passion for evangelism. We are all trying to get our PHD's! (Jesus' call to preach to gospel, heal the sick and drive out demons.)

Ngozi: The care and love in the church, and family time; I love everything that Steph does.

Q. How would you like to see the church grow?

Obi: When everyone understands their position and power in the Kingdom of God.

Ngozi: Everyone being more committed.
